Personalization is at the heart of Print Nexus. You don't need to be a professional designer or have production-ready artwork to order a personalized product.

You can start with something as simple as an idea, a message, a name, a photograph, a logo, a preferred style, or an example of what you would like your finished product to look like.

We'll use the information you provide to prepare a design concept for your personalized order and give you an opportunity to review it before production begins.

What Should You Send Us?

The more information you provide, the easier it is for our design team to understand your vision.

You can provide any combination of the following:

• Names or personalized wording.
• Dates, numbers, addresses, or other important information.
• Photographs or images.
• Business logos or branding elements.
• Preferred colors.
• Preferred fonts or general typography style.
• Preferred layout or orientation.
• Style preferences such as modern, elegant, bold, simple, playful, or vintage.
• Examples or reference images that communicate your desired look.
• Special instructions about what should or should not be included.

Our Design Process

Step 1 — Tell Us What You Want

Start by describing your idea. Include all information that needs to appear on the finished product and any preferences that matter to you.

Step 2 — Provide Your Materials

If you have photographs, logos, graphics, reference images, or other materials you want incorporated, provide them with your request.

Step 3 — Design Preparation

Our design team prepares a personalized artwork concept based on the information and materials you provide.

Step 4 — Artwork Proof

Before production, we provide an artwork proof for your review whenever artwork approval is required.

Step 5 — Revisions

If adjustments are needed, you can provide feedback so the design can be refined.

Step 6 — Final Approval

Once you're satisfied with the artwork, you approve it for production.

Step 7 — Production

After the required approval has been received, the order can move into production and fulfillment.

Up to 3 Design Versions or Revision Attempts

Print Nexus includes up to 3 design versions or revision attempts for a personalized design request, unless a different arrangement is specifically agreed upon.

These included attempts are intended to help refine the original concept based on your instructions and feedback.

For example, you may request adjustments such as changing colors, repositioning elements, correcting wording, modifying text size, or refining the overall layout.

Artwork Approval Is Required Before Production

Personalized orders are not automatically sent into production simply because the order was placed.

Where artwork approval is required, Print Nexus will wait for your approval before production begins.

This process is designed to give you an opportunity to verify the personalized information and artwork before the product is manufactured.

Take Your Time Reviewing Your Proof

Your artwork proof is an important part of the personalization process. Before approving it, carefully check every detail.

Once you approve the artwork, you are confirming that the design is ready to proceed to production.

When Does the Production Timeline Start?

For personalized orders that require artwork preparation and approval, the production and delivery timeline begins after the required artwork has been approved.

The time spent waiting for customer information, feedback, revisions, or approval is not counted as production time.

This means an order placed today may remain on hold for an extended period if artwork approval has not yet been received.

Already Have Your Own Artwork?

You don't have to use our design service if you already have finished artwork.

Customers can provide their own artwork for eligible products. Submitted artwork should be prepared according to the applicable product specifications and must be artwork that the customer has the necessary rights and permissions to use.

What Happens If You Don't Have Finished Artwork?

That's exactly what our Personalized Design Service is intended for.

You can begin with a concept rather than a finished design. Give us the information you have, explain the result you're looking for, and provide any useful reference materials.

We'll prepare the artwork for you to review before production.

Customer-Supplied Images, Logos & Artwork

If you provide photographs, logos, illustrations, graphics, trademarks, or other artwork, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

Print Nexus may be unable to process artwork that cannot reasonably be reproduced, violates applicable law, or appears to infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.

Changes After Approval

Once you have approved your artwork, we may move the order into production.

After production begins, changes, cancellations, or redesigns may no longer be possible because the product may already be in the manufacturing or fulfillment process.

If you notice a problem after approval, contact us immediately. We'll determine whether anything can still be changed based on the current status of the order.

Why the Proofing Process Matters

Personalized products are created specifically for each customer. Proofing gives you an opportunity to confirm that the final artwork reflects the information and design direction you requested before the product is produced.

It also helps prevent avoidable errors involving names, dates, numbers, wording, images, and other personalized details.
