Some customers come to us with completed artwork that is ready for production. Others know exactly what they want but need help putting the concept together. We support both approaches.

You can provide your own artwork, or, where design assistance is available for the product you choose, provide instructions and personalization details for our design team to turn into artwork for your review.

Our focus is not simply on printing a product. It is on creating a clear process that helps you move from an idea to an approved design, then from an approved design to production and fulfillment.

Personalized Products

Create products around the details that matter to you. Depending on the product, personalization may include names, messages, dates, images, graphics, logos, artwork and other customer-provided information.

Design Assistance

Have an idea but don't have finished artwork? For eligible products, you can share your concept and instructions with us and our design team can prepare personalized artwork for your review.

Made to Order

Many of our products are produced according to the specifications of the individual order. This allows personalization to be part of the production process rather than simply adding a generic product to your cart.

Two Ways to Create

Bring Your Own Design or Start With an Idea.

You don't have to be a professional designer to create a personalized product with Print Nexus.

Option 1: Provide Your Artwork

Already have the design you want? You can provide your finished artwork where supported by the product.

We'll use the submitted artwork according to the product's production requirements and, where applicable, provide an artwork proof for your review before production.

Option 2: Share Your Idea

Don't have a finished design? Tell us what you're looking for. Provide the names, wording, images, colors, style preferences and other information that will help us understand your vision.

For eligible personalized products, our design team can turn those instructions into artwork for you to review.

Your Approval Comes First

For personalized designs requiring approval, the artwork is presented to you before production begins.

Your order remains on hold until the required approval is received.

Our Personalization Process

Review It. Approve It. Then We Produce It.

We understand that personalized products can contain details that cannot be easily changed once production begins. That's why our personalization process is designed around customer review and approval.

  • Provide your own artwork or share your design idea.
  • Review the artwork prepared for your order.
  • Request included revisions when Print Nexus is creating the design.
  • Approve the final artwork.
  • Your approved order moves into production.

When Print Nexus creates your personalized artwork, up to three design versions or revision attempts are included for customer review.

Your order can remain on hold for an unlimited period while we wait for the required approval. Production and delivery estimates for personalized orders therefore begin after artwork approval, not simply from the date the order was placed.

Different products can require different equipment, materials, finishing processes and production capabilities. For that reason, the facility used to produce an order may vary depending on the product, personalization, availability, destination and fulfillment requirements.

This network-based approach allows us to offer a broader range of personalized products while keeping your ordering experience centralized through Print Nexus.
